Admission to Lakeview’s Dual
Diagnosis Treatment Component

Welcome to Lakeview! We have tried to make our admission
process simple and stress free. Whether you need an alcohol
or drug rehab, Lakeview is here to help you with your addiction
treatment and dual diagnosis needs. Everything begins with a
brief screening, which can be completed over the phone. All
of the information we require is completely confidential and is
generally limited to health care insurance information, drug or
alcohol addiction history and clinical update. Our intake personnel are trained to walk you through the process and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer any questions you may have and provide additional support when needed.

If for some reason we feel we cannot meet your addiction treatment or dual diagnosis needs, or are not affordable, we will work with you to identify an effective drug rehab, alcohol treatment program or dual diagnosis treatment program that can help you or your loved one access quality recovery.

Dual diagnosis treatment is a gradual process that will require patience and willingness on the part of the patient and their family. Please allow us to support all of you as you transition through this challenging, but rewarding addiction treatment process.

Again, anything we discuss is private and protected under federal confidentiality guidelines.
